The majority of properties we recommend for rent are current listings in the Chicago Multiple Listing Service (MLS). There can be many advantages of MLS options over some "luxury" high rises ones, contact us for more details.   

Hilltopper works directly with Chicago property owners or their licensed real estate agents in Chicago.  Most home owners require a recent credit report and two months pay stubs with Chicago Rental applications. We'll work with you to review the listing details, deposits and other fees beforehand. Then if all looks good we'll schedule ASAP, typically 24 hours noticed is required. Our goal is to make the entire process pleasant and productive.
